This is Amelia my stepdaughter. She is naturally gorgeous, only 15 yrs old. She just started wearing mascara this year and lipgloss. She loves to be made up. This look we did when she went shopping at the mall, to be seen!
Amelia is young, and I don't think she needs alot of makeup, but for fun we shaped her eyebrows, gave her a brown eye liner, neutral browns on her eyes and rosy cheeks and a tinted lip gloss to make her sparkle and shine to match her bubbly personality.
